A day in Hawaii

Salut à tous, çela fait 2semaines que je suis à Hawaii sur le North Shore, pas beaucoup de swell mais une grosse rentrée de houle est prévue pour le début du Volcom Pipe Pro ce week-end; en attendant le spectacle voici une journée type à Hawaii pour un jeune pro surfer: Réveil 7h00, petit déjeuner complet, tcheaking devant la maison pour savoir plus ou moins si la houle est rentrée, un petit mot à ma copine avant de partir surfer, 10min de vélo la planche sous le bras en guise d'échauffement, surf de 8h00 a 10h30, retour a la maison, petit stretching, un bon repas à midi, une petite sieste de 13h30 à 14h, surf toute l'après midi, retour à la maison 18h30, gros stretching, repas léger, internet et au lit 23h pour être d'attaque le lendemain !!

Hi everyone, it's been two weeks since i arrived in Hawaii on the North Shore, not much swell, but a massive swell expected this weekend for the Volcom Pipe Pro; until the show here is a typical Hawaiian day  for a young pro surfer: Wake up 7:00 am, full breakfast, tcheaking in front of the house to see how is the swell, a note to my girlfriend before going surfing, 10min warm-up cycling with the board under the arm, surf from 8:00 to 10:30, back home, little stretching, a good meal at noon, a nap from 13:30 to 14h, surfing all afternoon, back home at 6:30 p.m., large stretching, light meal,  internet and going to sleep at 11:00pm to be ready for the next day !!

Voici quelques jours que je suis arrivé à Hawaii, plus précisément sur le North Shore ( île d'Oahu ). Du bon swell est prévu pour la semaine à venir, en attendant voici quelques clichés pris sur le vif aujourd'hui à Backdoor.

I arrived in Hawaii a few days ago, specifically on the North Shore (Oahu). Goodswell is expected for the coming week, here are some pictures taken from life today at Backdoor.

Réunion Island _ January 2012
