November

Nous sommes début Novembre et les gros swells ne cessent de s'enchainer. Tous les regards sont tournés sur les spots de gros; du Portugal en passant par le Pays Basque jusqu'au nord de l'Écosse, les chargeurs Européens sont au rendez-vous lorsque certains spots se réveillent. Pour ma part, après une perf mitigée aux championnats de France 2013 (3e) car après ma deuxième place de l'an dernier échouer lors de la finale est toujours difficile, j'ai pu analyser mes erreurs et je crois que c'est le prochain cap à passer pour moi, apprendre à gagner et non pas rester coincé dans les séries décisives. Je vais donc continuer de m'entrainer dur pour progresser dans mon surf et performer sur les compétitions internationales. Fin novembre je pars donc au Maroc pour participer à la deuxième étape européenne du nouveau petit circuit mis en place par la fédération européenne de surf professionnel, faire quelques photos et terminer mon clip qui sortira fin d'année puis j'enchainerais sur la dernière étape à Quiberon début décembre pour ensuite rentrer dans le creux de l'hiver et commencer l'entrainement en vue de la saison WQS 2014.

We are in November and huge swells are constantly hitting the European coasts, all eyes are on the big wave spots,  from Portugal through the Basque Country to the north of Scotland, European big wave riders are waiting for certain location to wake up. For my part, after an average performance at the 2013 french championships (3rd) because after a second place finish last year, a defeat in the final is always tough to deal with, I've been able to analyze my mistakes and I think the next goal for me is learning how to win contest and not getting stuck in the last heats. I will continue to train hard to progress in my surfing and perform on the international competitions. So end of November i'm going to Morocco to participate in the second step of the new European small circuit set up by the European Professional Surfing Federation, do some photoshoot and finish my clip which will be released for the end of the year. Then i will surf in the last step in Quiberon early December, then come back home in the dead of winter and start training for the 2014 WQS season.
